What this is

CageAtlas is a free directory of batting cages & baseball training in the United States, organised by state and city. Every listing has an address; most have a phone number, and where a business publishes its hours or services we show those too. Listings come from open data and from the businesses themselves, who can correct their card at any time — about the directory. Nothing on the lists is paid placement.

Pick a state above, or use the “near me” button to jump to the batting cages & baseball training closest to you. City pages show the full list with a map; state pages collect smaller towns that have a single facility.

First time? Most cages rent helmets and bats for a few dollars — but bring your own batting gloves: rentals rarely include them and blisters are real.

Common questions

How much does a batting cage cost?

Typically $3–$6 per round (12–25 pitches) or $30–$60 per hour for a private lane. Many facilities sell punch cards or memberships that cut the per-round price roughly in half.

Do batting cages provide bats and helmets?

Most commercial cages rent helmets and bats for a small fee or include them with lane time. Serious hitters bring their own bat and batting gloves.

What speeds do pitching machines throw?

Slow-pitch softball arcs to fast baseball in the 40–90+ mph range. Beginners usually start at 40–50 mph; check which lanes at your local cage offer adjustable speeds.
